Payment and cancellation policy 2026-27

1. Advance payment

Lessons are paid in advance to confirm the booking. No booking is firm until payment is received. Advance payment guarantees the instructor's availability and the time slot.

2. Cancellation and lessons given back

If you cancel at least 48 hours ahead, or for a justified reason (documented illness or injury, or the resort closing), we give your lessons back: we reschedule them to another date in the season, subject to the instructor's availability. Without notice and without a justified reason, the lesson is not made up.

3. Weather conditions

Lessons are not cancelled because of bad weather (snow, wind, cold or reduced visibility) as long as the resort remains open. The school may adapt the lesson's content or location for safety. If the resort closes, a new date is found.

4. Causes beyond the school's control

Situations external to the school (road closures, parking, lift queues or the customer's personal circumstances) do not entitle you to make up the lesson.

5. Delays

The customer may make up hours only with a justified cause and if the instructor is available. Delays on the instructor's side are made up in full or deducted proportionally. We kindly ask for maximum punctuality.

6. Official 2026-27 rates

• Private lesson (1 person)€70 / hour
• Extra person+€5 / hour per person

The resort lift pass and equipment rental are not included.

7. Schedule changes

Any schedule change is handled directly with the school, which informs the instructor. The customer must not agree changes directly with the instructor.
