Privacy and cookies
How we handle your data when you book a lesson, write to us or browse this website, and how you can manage cookies. Last updated: October 2026.
1. Data controller
The controller of the data collected by this website is [NAME OR BUSINESS NAME OF THE HOLDER], tax ID (NIF) 41096443C, address Carrèr deth Sentin, 6, 25530 Vielha (Lleida), contact email [email protected]. In this document we refer to this entity as "Eth Sànglier" or "the school".
2. What data we process and where it comes from
We only process the data you give us or that your browsing generates:
- Lesson booking: name, phone / WhatsApp, email (optional), discipline, level, dates and hours, number of participants, lesson language and, if you tell us, the equipment you need. They are stored in our bookings table and you are given a reference (ES-XXXXXX).
- Contact: the data you include when writing to us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Payments: the booking payment is made on Stripe's secure page (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bizum). Stripe processes the payment data; the school does not store or see your card number, it only receives confirmation that the payment has been made.
- Browsing: technical and usage data through cookies, only with your consent (see the cookie policy).
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Managing your booking and giving you the lesson — basis: performance of the contract you request.
- Answering your enquiries — basis: your consent or our interest in assisting you.
- Collecting the booking payment — basis: performance of the contract.
- Analytics and marketing on the website — basis: your consent through the cookie panel.
- Tax and accounting obligations — basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
4. How long we keep it
We keep booking data for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the time required by legal obligations (for example, tax). Bookings that are never paid or confirmed are deleted from the table after 12 months. Cookie data, according to the periods in the cookie section's table.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. It is processed only, on our behalf and under a processor agreement, by the providers that make the website and the business work:
- Netlify — website hosting and running the booking form.
- Airtable — internal table where the school manages bookings.
- Stripe Payments Europe — payment processing and receipts.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you write to us or we confirm your booking through this channel.
- Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel) — analytics and marketing, only if you accept those cookies.
Some providers are based in the USA and may involve an international transfer, covered by the EU standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent already given. Write to us at [email protected] saying what you want to do. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website is served encrypted (HTTPS).
8. Cookie policy
A cookie is a small file saved on your device when you visit a website. We use our own cookies and storage so the website works and, only with your permission, third-party analytics and marketing cookies. When you arrive you'll see a notice where you can accept, reject or configure; until you choose, no analytics or marketing cookie is activated.

Analytics and marketing cookies appear in your browser only after you accept them and once the corresponding accounts are set up.
